Membership Application (New or Renewal) PayPal
Fill in the form below, and click the PayPal button to complete your application for membership; all of the fields are required fields and must be filled in.
If you are a new member, your username and password (default is your zipcode) will be created when we establish a login account for you, and you will receive an email with this information.
When you click the PayPal button, you will be redirected to the PayPal site. Be sure to complete all of the steps on that site; the final step should return you to the thank-you page of the Guild website's application form. If you do not complete all of the steps at the PayPal site, it is likely that your payment will not be processed, and your registration will be incomplete.
It will take a few days to process your application, create your login account. and get your membership card in the mail to you.
